Main role: Survey for the presence of ‘Candidatus Liberibacter’ and ‘Candidatus Phytoplasma asteris’ and their vectors in natural vegetation. Identification of alternative plant and insect hosts, development of improved diagnostic techniques and forecasting model to predict insect vector infestations.
