The partner of Tropicsafe Consiglio per la ricerca in agricoltura e l’analisi dell’economia agraria (CREA) has participared together with other collaborators to create a poster communication for the Italian congress “Young Scientists for Plant Health”. The web workshop was held on the 16th of December of 2020, organized by the Società Italiana di Genetica Agraria (SIGA), the Stockholm Environment Institute (SEI), the Società Italiana di Biologia Vegetale (SIBV) and the Società Italiana Patologia Vegetale (SIPAV).
The title of the poster communication is “A grapevine genetic linkage map to find out quantitative trait loci responsible for lower susceptibility to flavescence dorèe”, created by Casarin S., Taranto F., D’Agostino N., Migliaro D., Montemurro C., Panzeri M., Guadagnino S., Filippin L., Forte V., Bertazzon N., Angelini E., Crespan M.
The poster provides information about the Flavescence dorée (FD), one of the most destructive grapevine yellows diseases in Europe, and explains the developments made in the field in order to address this dissease.
